I absolutely LOVE this podcast. It helps me feel up when I am down. Knowing that someone cares about me makes me actually feel loved in and out. Andy Peavyhouse is truly a master at teaching us the backstory of many beloved hymns including “Jesus Loves Me”, “Blessed Assurance”, “How Marvelous”, and many more. I am this guy’s harshest critic, and I never pull punches. If this wasn’t great I wouldn’t write a review. But this podcast is an incredible mix of life, story, song, and the gospel. I hope listeners will hear all that is offered by an amazing host.

Not surprisingly the voice of Sunday morning worship flows seamlessly into the relaxing tone of such an informative podcast! The history of this music and the message and meaning behind the hymns we grew up singing excite a deep interest in me and I can’t wait to hear more of what this podcast has to share!
